• Goal: To secure dignified, resilient, and sustainable livelihoods for marginalised communities, with a focus on collective enterprise and workers' rights.
• Core Strategies: Facilitating skill development and vocational training; promoting producer companies, cooperatives, and social enterprises; strengthening access to fair markets and finance; supporting implementation of social welfare schemes and labour entitlements.
• Expected Outcomes: Enhanced household income and economic security; increased number of community-owned enterprises; improved access to social security.
